Winter Is Coming

(Did you see what I did there?)

Gaming Graveyard players will be meeting soon to discuss our first game!  In the meantime, you will see two types of posts.

In our players’ wrap-up posts, you’ll read about our overall thoughts on Baldur’s Gate.  These may or may not be insightful, insulting, or ravaging to your childhood memories.

Game #2 will begin in January, so, between now and then, you’ll see our winter gaming posts.  These could be current games that, as gamers, we can’t pass up during the winter gaming release season.  Or they could be games that have sat on the back burner while Baldur’s Gate owned our souls.  Or we could be re-playing an old favorite.  It’s all up in the air at the moment.

Here’s what you should expect:

Blinky is addicted to Skyrim.
PhillyJacobs is a mystery man.
Sirmikeofross will probably be playing Worms 2: Armageddon.  He was ranked in the top 20 players on XBLA before we pulled him, in case you didn’t know, and he has a reputation to upkeep.
Stylist will be replaying Alpha Centauri.
Tiamonster is going to try to push through both Arkham City and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations (sadly, on the 360) before embarking on Skyrim.  (Can she do it?! Stay tuned.)

  1. BLINKY says:

Also playing Batman: AC and Saint’s Row: The Third right now. And maybe some Far Cry 2 when I need to remember what a real game should be. And, fuck it all, the Steam holiday sale is going to be happening soon, so that’ll add a pile of games to my list.
